The Volvo Penta MD2B engine is the uprated replacement for the Volvo MD2 and MD2A marine diesel engines. Volvo MD2B engines are twin cylinder marine diesel engines, 1120cc and generally rated 23hp @ 2500 rpm. Considered almost indestructable with proper maintenance. The complete engine package has been tested and is in good working order.
